A lot of people tend to think that expensive beauty products will give them beautiful glowing skin but the truth be told its what you put into your body to get wonderful flawless glowing skin. When you eat a raw diet of just fruits and vegetables you will find your acne, dry, blotchy skin problems vanish without a trace.
Instruction:
1)Pour some warm water(check to make sure you didn't allow it to get hot burns are always a bad thing) in a small cup of your choice and squeeze half a lemon(try rolling the lemon around on the table to get more juice out of it)and drink it.....You can even start the morning with a cup of raisins that have been soaked in water over night.
2)Tea time! Have at least two cups of tea in a day some powerful teas that help clean your body of all those nasty toxins(when these toxins are gone you will have beautiful glowing skin.) use tumeric, neem, fennel, and horsetail.
3)Eat your vegetables and fruits raw and be sure to stick with foods that have a high water content such as carrots, lettuce, cucumbers, and combine them with a lemon juice and olive oil dressing.
4)If you have dry skin try eating some roasted nuts such as pumpkin seeds, seaseme seeds, or even sunflower seeds this will give your skin a glow as well as plumper skin.
